By accessing or using theserenenook.com (the “Site”) or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. By making a reservation, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• You must provide accurate personal and payment information.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email.
• All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Free cancellation: Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.
• Partial refund: 50% refund if cancelled 14–29 days before check-in.
• No refund: Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• You are responsible for the conduct of all guests in your booking.
• You agree to respect the property, neighbours, and all house rules provided at check-in.
• No smoking indoors.
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
• Damage to the property caused during your stay may result in additional charges.
• Unauthorised parties or events are strictly prohibited.

• Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)
• Check-out: by 11:00 (11:00 AM)
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, logos, and design — is owned by Serene Nook or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

We strive to provide accurate information, but to the maximum extent permitted by law, Serene Nook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or stay at the property.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chania, Crete, Greece.
